If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform me 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or no shows will incur a strict 50% cancellation fee.

Multiple no shows will result in full payment being required prior to any future bookings.

PLEASE NOTE - Where a treatment states a patch test is required, please book a patch 24-48 hours prior treatment. This can be found under 'Eye Treatments'
